- Provide a comprehensive checklist of the documents and information required for your application.
- Consult with you on your application at all stages via phone, Skype or in person.
- Provide examples and templates of documentation from previous successful applications, for example, statutory declarations and forms.
- Liaise directly with the Department of Immigration on your behalf, ensuring the visa application process is seamless.

If you're looking for skilled visa help, No Borders Skills Assessment service is for you. Our professional migration agents will manage every aspect of the skills assessment process.
Application Review Service
Some visa applications are easier than others and you may prefer to manage your Australian visa application yourself. If this is the case, you may choose to have your application reviewed by our expert team.
No Borders offers a two- or three-stage review of your visa application. The three-stage review includes an initial preparation pack outlining the documents you need to collect, plus other requirements you may not have considered. Once you have prepared your visa application, our immigration agents will provide a report of what needs to be amended, and a final review before the application is submitted.
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Review
If you have had a refusal on your migration application, you may have the chance to appeal this decision with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. The AAT provides quasi-judicial review of administrative decisions by the Government of Australia. The Migration and Refugee Division (MRD or MR division) reviews decisions made by officers of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to refuse or cancel visas.
No Borders will review your case as well as the reasons for refusal and provide guidance on moving forward. Should you choose to appeal, we can act as your representatives at the AAT.

Federal Court Review
The Federal Circuit Court of Australia can review specific decisions made under the Migration Act 1958, including decisions made by the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Our team of registered migration agents and immigration lawyers at No Borders has the competence and experience to provide quality advice and representation in cases adjudicated upon by the Federal Court of Australia.
