Can you guarantee the success of my application?

Any application, no matter how strong on paper, can be refused by DIAC. Some of the criteria for the visa are beyond the control of a migration agent (e.g. health and character checks).
We operate under a strict Code of Conduct which is administered by the MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority), to ensure the utmost professional conduct in all our dealings with clients. We will handle your case to the very best of our ability, and do all that is reasonably and ethically in our power to bring about the desired result. We resolve to handle your visa application on your behalf only if we believe in the success of your case.
Please note the final decision on all visa applications are made by the Department of Immigration & Citizenship (DIAC) and only the Australian Government has the authority to grant your visa.
