If you have not studied in Australia, you may still satisfy the requirements for permanent residence in Australia.

If you have completed a degree overseas or are skilled in a trade qualification, have a sufficient level of English for your occupation group, and can demonstrate skilled work experience for a period of at least 12 months out of the last 24 months immediately prior to your application, you may be eligible for skilled migration.
