The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) is a discrete office attached to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. NO BORDERS operate under a strict Code of Conduct which is administered by MARA, to ensure the utmost professional conduct in all our dealings with clients. To maintain registration our migration advocates regularly undertake Continued Professional Development courses to update their knowledge of the migration regulations, case law and policy.
