Our advocates Agnes Kemenes(MARN 9803083), Amanda Wu(MARN 0958994) and Jo Bennett(MARN 0301004) are registered with the The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) in Australia, that authorizes our registered migration agents to provide Australian immigration advice. The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) is a discrete office attached to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. NO BORDERS operate under a strict Code of Conduct which is administered by MARA, to ensure the utmost professional conduct in all our dealings with clients. To maintain registration our migration advocates regularly undertake Continued Professional Development courses to update their knowledge of the migration regulations, case law and policy. NO BORDERS Migration Advocates also holds membership with the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) the professional association for Australian Migration service providers worldwide.

Our advocates are members of the Queensland Law Society (QLS). QLS assists legal practitioners to continually improve their services, while monitoring their practices to ensure they meet the high standards set for the profession in Queensland.
