Trade Qualified Bakers

Required experienced Trade Qualified Bakers to join a rapidly growing team. Previous Bakery experience and Trades Qualification is essential for these positions.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assist in production of European style, bread, rolls and other bakery products
• Follow recipe cards for making mixes
• Hands on weighing of ingredients (scales)
• Use of heavy machinery (depositor)
• Cleaning of and assembling of machinery parts (depositor)

Requirements:

• Must be Qualified
• Must have previous experience in the Bakery Industry
• Stable Employment History is a must
• Reliable
• Good English reading & writing skills
• Able to follow instructions
• Must be available to start ASAP.
• Previous Bakery experience is essential for these positions.

CHEF (TURKISH)

• 3-5 years Post trade experience specific in Turkish Cuisine
• languages – must be Fluent in Turkish and English
• Carry out work directions from head chef/manager
• Ensure preparation and meals to be served to the highest standard
• Exp in Southern & Northern Turkish highly desirable???????????
• Stock control and ordering req
• OH & S standards to be adhered to at all times.
• Split shifts
• Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times
• Menu contribution and or design
• Attend all training courses
• Prefer mature stable committed individuals
• We will sponsor suitability qualified candidates

Hr 12noon to 8pm Mon – Fri based on a 38 hr wk you will have 3 breaks per day 2 x 15 mins and 1 x 30mins.

4 weeks annual leave

Package will be negotiated for the right candidate based on level of experience
$40 – $50k + 9% super plenty of overtime availible 55-60 hr per wk.

Immediate start for successful candidates and salary reviewed annually.
