Want to migrate? Here’s a new visa for entrepreneurs and start-ups

Are you a visionary entrepreneur or investor? Are you looking to create positive global impact?

New Zealand’ new Global Impact Visa (GIVs) could be for you!

Immigration New Zealand has now partnered with the Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF) to deliver an innovative new visa.

This new visa is designed to attract entrepreneurs, investors and start-up teams.

Under GV, people with the drive and capabilities to create innovation-based ventures are invited in New Zealand.

The EH Fellowship is a three-year programme.

It will offer 100 places each year to international candidates and up to 20 for New Zealanders.

Selection will occur twice a year and then successful applicants will be invited to apply for a Global Impact Visa.

These candidates will also be provided with individualised support and access to world-class mentors, retreats, and events to maximise impact in New Zealand.

New Zealand is fast becoming an early-adopter market.

Applications for EHF close on 30 April 2017.
